Danh's journey began as a Guest Service Agent for the Doubletree Hotel SeaTac Airport (850 rooms) in 2004, where he laid the groundwork for his commitment to excellence in guest services and Management. Before making the executive decision to start his own business, Danh was a General Manager for multiple hotel chains which include Hilton, IHG and Marriott.
